The right way to reach us
The quickest way to book is online via Doctolib, also in the evening and at weekends. There you can see available times and receive a reminder before your appointment. You can also cancel or reschedule your appointment there.
You can reach our team by phone during opening hours, seven days a week. For short questions, for example about records or the procedure, write to us via WhatsApp or by email to willkommen@f80.berlin.
If you have acute toothache or have had an accident, please call us directly. What you can do until your appointment is explained on our pages on the emergency dentist and on dental accidents.
Your first visit
What to bring to your first appointment
Insurance: your electronic health card or, if you are privately insured, your insurance details.
Health: a list of your medicines and, if you have them, your allergy card, implant card or cardiac card.
Records: recent X-rays, findings or a treatment and cost plan from your previous practice, and your dental bonus booklet.
A little time: Please arrive a few minutes early so you can fill in the medical history form at your own pace.

Location
You will find F80 at Friedrichstraße 80 in Berlin-Mitte, a few minutes' walk from Unter den Linden and Gendarmenmarkt. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn bring you straight to us; by car, park in the Friedrichstadt-Passagen underground car park. Learn more about our rooms on the practice page.

Are you open at weekends?
Yes. On Saturdays we are open from 09:00 to 19:00, on Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.
Do you also treat patients with statutory health insurance?
Yes. We treat patients with statutory and private insurance as well as self-paying patients. Which services your insurer covers, we discuss with you before the treatment.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Via Doctolib, by phone or by email. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to other patients.
Can I send records in advance?
Yes, by email to willkommen@f80.berlin. Alternatively, simply bring X-rays and findings to your appointment.
I would like a second opinion on a treatment plan. Is that possible?
Yes. Bring the treatment and cost plan and any existing images. More on the second opinion page.
